Egg as fat burning food:

Eggs are very high in proteins and can really help to burn fat and help you get a flatter stomach. Eggs contain high levels of the Vitamin B12 which is used by your body to break down fat for energy. It has been shown that eating raw eggs can significantly increase the rate at which your body converts fat into energy! This is one reason why many athletes, bodybuilders and other professionals with great bodies drink raw eggs regularly. Some of you may still believe that eggs are bad for your cholesterol levels. Some researchers have even claimed that consumption can boost your fat burning metabolism by as much as 25%. That’s an amazing amount of extra calories! Although chilies aren’t to every ones liking as they can be super hot, jalapeno peppers have more flavor and can be added to a healthy curry or a sandwich.

Fat burning Hot Drinks: Black Tea, Green Tea, Coffee, Yerba Mate. These drinks all contain caffeine and/or a chemical called EGCG, both of which directly effect metabolism. Caffeine speeds up the heart rate and also free fatty acids stored in the body, making them more readily available for energy-usage. EGCG, found in high concentrations in Green Tea (another negative calorie food) seems to speed up the brain and nervous system, helping you to burn significantly more calories. For the longest time, green tea is a health drink that helps you stay young and prevents cancer but it is also a great fat burning drink! This is because green tea has a high amount of catechin polyphenols which gives your body a boost in burning up calories.
