Chili is pack full of vitamins and that’s not all, it is known to boost your metabolic rate too. In addition to this, when you are eating spicy food, you tend to eat slower and this allows more time for your stomach to tell you that you are full so you tend to eat smaller portions. The best way to eat chili is the simple way, chop it into tiny pieces, place in soy sauce and then eat it as accompaniment to any food. Some researchers have even claimed that consumption can boost your fat burning metabolism by as much as 25%. That’s an amazing amount of extra calories! Although chilies aren’t to every ones liking as they can be super hot, jalapeno peppers have more flavor and can be added to a healthy curry or a sandwich.
